Our intermediate yoga course doesn't promise instant transformation. Instead, it's a 10-day online journey that offers tools and insights to gradually integrate the many facets of Yoga into your daily life. It's about embracing progress, not seeking perfection. As you immerse yourself in this course, you'll experience meaningful, incremental changes that can lay the foundation for a deeper connection with Yoga.
While the course is designed to build upon the skills from our beginner's yoga course, you don't need to have gone through it to participate. Our aim is to deepen your understanding and practice, letting you progress at a pace that's right for you.
Throughout the sessions, we'll guide you with care through asana and pranayama practices. You'll gain a closer understanding of the Pawanmuktasana series, intermediate-level asanas, Pranayama, and the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra. And to aid in mental clarity, we've added techniques to improve your concentration.
The theoretical aspects of the course delve into the four foundational paths of Yoga – Bhakti, Jnana, Karma, and Hatha. We also share advice on adopting a balanced diet and lifestyle to complement your budding yoga practice.
