The Women's Wellness Program is a comprehensive 8-session course specially designed for women. It focuses on enhancing overall well-being through Yoga and Ayurveda practices.

This program empowers women to prioritize self-care, boost energy levels, improve emotional well-being and make mindful choices in food and lifestyle.

Participants will learn yogasana sequences for menstrual and hormonal health, stress management techniques, Deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, meditation, Ayurvedic lifestyle principles, and simple ayurvedic home remedies.

Our expert instructors provide personalized guidance, making it accessible for all levels of experience.  It's a transformative journey towards better health, benefiting not only participants but their entire families.
