Cancellation by Participants or request of carry forward:

Online courses/Workshops (both Online and Offline)/Short residential courses

  1. 70% refund of the amount paid for cancellation done before 30 days of the course start date.
  2. 50% refund of the amount paid, for cancellation done anytime between 30 days to 7 days of the course start date.
  3. No refunds will be provided for cancellation done within 7 days of the course start date.
  4. Registrations may be transferred to a future course date prior to the course commencement, with no carry forward permitted once the course has begun. Any variation in course fees for the future date will be the responsibility of the participant to cover.

For TTC – all levels, AbhayaM or any future long residential courses

  1. 70% refund of the amount paid for cancellation done before 45 days of the course start date.
  2. 50% refund of the amount paid for cancellation done between 45 days to 15 days of the course start date.
  3. No refunds will be provided for cancellation done within 15 days of the course start date.
  4. Registrations may be transferred to a future course date prior to the course commencement, with no carry forward permitted once the course has begun. Any variation in course fees for the future date will be the responsibility of the participant to cover.

Course Cancellation by BYVK:

  1. Participants will be promptly notified via email.
  2. Alternative course date options may be offered.
  3. Full course fee refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days for domestic participants and 2 weeks for international participants.
